Drinking water bring lots of benefits to our body, from better kidney function clearing away what we don’t need, keep “things” flowing, productivity boost letting us be more focused and alert, flush out toxins helping to have a clearer skin…  helps with your weight loss plan!  Benefits are really endless.  Lack of water can lead to dehydration, it can drain your energy and make you tired.

If you are the kind of person drinking your 8 glasses of water a day or more, congratulations! that is a fantastic habit, keep the good work!  Other people just don’t like water taste and have a bad time having enough water during the day.  Other fluids do count but water is best! Water hydrates faster and better than other liquids, being the natural choice.

Take it slow! If you are not used to drinking much water, get used to it gradually, have a bottle/glass of water in hand, so you remember to drink it.  You can add sliced lemon, orange or other fruits for a refreshing and flavour hint.

Drinking water during your fast day helps a lot on suppressing the hunger, plus many people have reported much better results than when they limit their water intake.
