How do you know if you are losing fat?
Much of your fat lives under your skin and wobbles, some of it lives on the inside covering your organs etc.
Pinch the skin on your thighs, the back of your calfs, your belly. You feel the difference in different areas. In fact most of your body has the potential to store fat under the skin.
If you have a lot of fat to lose, you can notice differences almost weekly, shoes looser, wedding ring less tight, clothes dropping in size etc. When you get down to below a certain body fat percentage, most of us will look good in our clothes and still have some wobbly bits, but seemingly our weight loss stalls. The fat decreases slower at this point and often requires more effort or patience.
So concentrate on what you can control and review what your doing, because as long as you are doing 5:2 FastDiet correctly, then all you need is your patience!
